Cineleisure with Sis

Impromptu decision to head over to Cineleisure with Sis. I've been looking for friends to go with me but they're busy with school/work. My actual reason for going Cineleisure is because I want to go Rockstar to check out my Baggu Duck bag! Sadly, they ran out of stocks for the classic design :( & They only have Shabd ones. Left the shop feeling sooo sad. Feeling super hungry too and recommended Sis to have Shokudo because it was nice and cheap! (:

Tori karaage, also known as Chicken karaage!

Sushi Tei or maybe most Japanese restaurants would name it Chicken Karaage but Shokudo named it Tori karaage! I remembered very clearly, I was taking orders for this table of 6-8pax (a family) and this lady said "Can I have a tori karaage?" I immediately thought of the one Sis & I had at Shokudo and told the lady, "Oh, I think you meant Chicken Karaage" then showed her the picture in menu just in case both of us got it wrong!

We have customers who said something, but actually meant another. If we didn't ask/show them, it became our fault. Well, part of customer service I guess! "Customers are always right"
