Clara & I woke up half an hour earlier than the morning call, which is at 6am. Both of us had to shower, so we on our phones alarm. We took turns to shower first in the morning and night. Went down to lobby for breakfast at 6.30am-7.30am. After eating, got up the bus and had quite a long ride to My Tho and the Mekong Delta. Once we reached there, they paid for our boat tickets and we got up the boat to My Tho/Unicorn Island. I was quite scared when I heard the tour guide saying we'll be taking boats later and worst, there'll be boat rowing. When we reach My Tho/Unicorn Island, we explored the town. There is a hut that a few ladies and a young girl making coconut candies. Most of us bought a few packets of coconut candies there. One packet for VND$20,000. Buy 2 packets and get 1 packet free, if I didn't remember wrongly. After watching how they make coconut candies, we went to some place to try out their honey drink. That place was horrible. Firstly, there's a huge spider under the table and it had to be at the place where I'm sitting. Secondly, there are 2 huge dogs. Thirdly, there are so many bees/flies flying around. We finally left that place but we went to another similar place for fruits. After eating fruits, we went to another place with 2 huge dogs for lunch. I seriously hate day 2, I had to go places with dogs! As usual I was busy looking out for dogs. After lunch, we had the boat rowing to take the boat back. Had a long journey back to Ho Chi Minh city/Saigon and visited the War Remnants Museum. We finished it earlier, so we had about 1.5hours free time. All of us went back to hotel to rest/refresh/shower. Stupid me go shower, forgetting we'll be going to night market for shopping after dinner! So we went to some nice hotel for a good dinner, had debrief there, formed our groups for night market shopping. While shopping halfway, I had stomach cramps else I could try their TutiTuti (similar to Yami Yogurt)! At about 11pm, we all got back to the hotel to rest. While Clara's showering, I called Wanlin to chat with her. Got a text from Sis, asking me to call Mum. I really don't want to call because I'm starting to miss home already. So I told Wanlin "I miss home.." & I started crying because Mummy messaged me and ask me to call her. I am really very very tired on that day and having bad cramps. Wanlin quickly hung up the phone & came up. Thank God they're here with me. We played afew rounds of cards and I fell asleep while watching TV after they left. At that point of time, I really want to go back Singapore :-(
