I ordered a pair of shoes from WID on 7th Sept 2011 and made payment immediately as soon as she replied me. I'm already quite pissed when I email her to enquire about the sizes, there isn't any reply.
I understand that not everyone is 24hours sitting infront of their computer just to reply emails - for this, I'm willing to wait for her reply. What amused me is that - after a few hours, I decided to just buy it.
After sending in my orders via order form on her website, I only had to wait 10minutes for the invoice. If she's able to send me the invoice within 10minutes, why can't she reply to a short and simple enquiry email? I don't believe that she sent auto-reply for orders. She has to type the postage fees & item's amount. So I had to wait another few hours for her to verify my payment and she only reply to my enquiry email after verifying my payment. She makes me think money that's transferred to her account first is more important.
In the verification of my payment email, she said "I will inform you when stocks arrived" as it was a backorder. As stated on her site, it will be arriving on 9th Sept. So I waited patiently on 9th Sept the whole day waiting for that email. Well, as expected she didn't. I emailed her the next day to check on the status of it and yup, no replies!
On her personal twitter, backorders arrived on 12 Sept and on that day itself she went to get some stocks. She said she'll be attending to all emails on that day itself.
SHE TOOK 6 DAYS TO REPLY MY EMAILS - very very bad customer service.
On 13th Sept, Tuesday, 6AM - she stated in the email "It will be sent out tomorrow". I seriously don't know if she meant Tuesday itself or Wednesday. But it doesn't matter because whichever day it is, up till now 17th Sept, I've not received any parcels from WhatIsDope.
I can always see her tweeting that she's going out & etc but just have no time to attend to her Blogshop's email. I'm in no position to talk about her personal life, but WID is quite a famous online store, I don't think she should do this. Ah whatever, I'm already wanting my refunds. I emailed her a chunk of email telling her off how suck her service is, she could just say "It will be mailed tomorrow". What the fuck?
I'll never shop at Whatisdope again and the rating I give would be 1/5!
