Went for pizzahut while Mummy & Daddy go polyclinic take medicine. I'll never go Clementi's pizzahut anymore -.- Service sucks! We asked th guy fr alfredo sauce cuz sis' pasta too dry & he fking said he cant mix in. Wtf??? Hello we're mixing it ourselves! Nvm. When he serve th food, he don't put it directly infront of us. He puts it opposite us. So after eating, I asked fr bill & feedback form. He told his colleague & manager. So his manager came to talk to me cuz no feedback forms. I told her that he doesnt want to giv us any alfredo sauce as requested. She also another one don't understand what I say. She say she cant mix fr us cuz it'll change th cooking style. Took so long to let her know that we're mixing it ourselves! She knew we paid fr th bill, and she wants to giv us th alfredo sauce after finish eating & paying. Wtf man, tell me why do we hav to pay fr service charge?! Sucha lousy service. Anyw I've alrd decided to feedback via email since they dont hav any forms in their outlet :) Doesnt mean that th manager come talk to me, evrything's over. To be honest, the manager dont even know what to do!
